1. Information We Collect

Unevatiro collects the following information: email address and password when you create an account, calculator inputs you provide for analysis (not stored beyond your session unless you save a report), payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers), and usage data including pages visited, features used, and API calls made.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and deliver reports, send account-related communications (receipts, password resets), analyze usage patterns to improve our tools, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe for payment processing, email delivery services for transactional messages, and law enforcement when required by valid legal process. We do not share your calculator inputs or analysis results with any third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core Service functionality.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords (never stored in plaintext), secure API key generation, and regular security audits. However, no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise these rights, send a DELETE request to our API endpoint /v1/account with your API key, or email privacy@smarttechinvest.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. API request logs are retained for 90 days for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Report data is retained for 12 months or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
